Working people, may it be an office work, being a student, or an entrepreneur can have a hectic schedule varying from person to person or how a person handle their time well. Habits can affect the time management of a person. These Habits too can sometimes be the factor of how a person wastes his or her time. They are seen to be harmless but will make a great deal of delay when one is working.
It is not bad to talk with your friends and have a nice conversation. It has many benefits like relieving stress or for entertainment and also to build up a relationship. But this could take your time away as good conversation tends to last longer.
If you really want to finish up things, you can limit your conversation with other people to five minutes and you can continue later after the task is finished. This includes to social networks, phone calls, and another medium to use to start up a conversation. Cutting up a conversation isn’t that bad, you can always continue wherever you have left.
Thinking what to do Next
As a busy people, you always have something to do and are inclined to forget a task or two. This kind of habit can be very distracting as you take the time to decide what to do first or remembering what to do next. Result? A delay on work.
You can cope up with this kind of problem by making a note for yourself and check that "to do" list every time you seem to forget what to do next early in the morning or before you retire your day by sleeping. Do not rely on memory alone because the mind can sometimes play a trick on us. Or post it on something you are always looking into for you to remember things
Watching what other People Might Think
If you are being paranoid and would closely listen to what the other people are saying to you, you might have some problem over there. Being too paranoid is a bad thing and could waste up your time for either doing something just to please them or some way just to make you comfortable. Another distraction for getting things done and a way to waste your time completely over something that is not worth it.
A solution? Easy, just be yourself and do the things your way. It is not worth to please others too much. Let them say things to you. People will always say things about you either you do something or doing nothing at all.
