One of the facts in life is that, our friends keeps us healthy by protecting us from things that may make us stressed. But if you don't have enough social contact, your immune system can decrease, putting yourself in a risk for depression and other diseases.
We all know for sure that the longer we feel lonely, the worse the effect will be and the worse you feel and less likely you are unable to reach out to others.
